INT. TWINS' BEDROOM - MORNING
RADIO (V.O.)
Good morning, good morning. It's seven twenty. This is Twin Radio, it's seven twenty. The station of your choice and you know why.
ZIN and ZOO wake up with heavy heads. The bed is a mess. They are looking at each other. They don't talk.
_(automatically)_
And you know why.
ZIN SAYS NOTHING. ZIN DOES NOT SAY IT. FOR THE FIRST TIME.
THEY GET UP. ZOO WALKS INTO HIS SHOWER. THE PHOTON LIGHT HUMS. HE STEPS OUT MOMENTS LATER — CLEAR, POSITIVE, RESET.
ZIN WALKS TOWARD HER SHOWER. SHE STOPS. LOOKS AT IT. THE LIGHT INSIDE PULSES GENTLY, WAITING FOR HER.
SHE WALKS PAST IT.
SHE DOESN'T WANT TO FEEL CLEAR. SHE WANTS TO KEEP FEELING WHAT SHE FEELS — THE GUILT, THE CONFUSION, THE MEMORY OF LAST NIGHT. ALL OF IT.
ZOO NOTICES BUT SAYS NOTHING.
MOOGLE (V.O.)
_(from the apartment speaker, same cheerful tone)_
Good morning! The time is seven twenty. The bright sun rises in— the bright sun rises in—
A PAUSE. A TINY GLITCH. MOOGLE REPEATS ITSELF.
MOOGLE (V.O.) (CONT'D)
The time is seven twenty. The bright sun rises in 15 minutes. Have a positive day!
ZOO LOOKS AT THE SPEAKER. SOMETHING WAS OFF. BUT THE MOMENT PASSES. HE IGNORES IT.
INT. MINISTRY OF DESIGN - OFFICE - DAY
Both go to the office. The mood is low.
The work is as usual, but feels different. ZOO is having problems to concentrate. The tea pots are breaking. He is confused about the night with ZIN.
THE BROKEN TEAPOTS FALL INTO A CHUTE BENEATH ZOO'S WORKSTATION. A SOFT MECHANICAL SOUND — THEY SLIDE DOWN INTO DARKNESS. WHERE DO THEY GO? ZOO HAS NEVER ASKED.
ZIN's teapots have long noses. She dreams about the night with VJ GABRIEL.
ZOO tries to ask Moogle something while working — a routine question.

There are rumours in the air. BERG's office is dark. His door is closed. A colleague whispers that BERG didn't come in today. Or yesterday. Nobody has heard from him. Security was asking questions.
ZOO remembers the night. Remembers the voices at Nancy's Wall. Watso's voice. BERG's name was never mentioned — but BERG is gone.
ZOO starts to whisper into ZIN's ear. They don't care about the others and sit on the same table. They are not talking about their adventure the night before.
ZOO tells ZIN the DR SHADOW scene at Nancy's steps.
And they are talking about a Binary Light and then I sneeze and they hear me and then I run and run and run home. And you, you did, you know what you did, you remember?
Not sure, I thought I was dreaming all this. I thought... never we could do this, you know?
Now we broke the rules.
Let's leave this office. Let's go downtown. Shall we forget about last night for now?
They look at each other and know they have to overcome their guilt and do something.
They decide to leave the office and find help in the club.
