A woman in a burkha, glimpsed walking through the streets of Twin City. A fleeting, silent presence — but shortly after she passes, an explosion occurs. The implication: this may not be a woman at all, but Watso in disguise, planting or triggering a bomb on Dr Shadow's orders.
